1/21/201812791666839null12.40310202.0Interesting pre GDF11 numbers. You are learning the RT test, though you can only do this to a point. Pulse going down meaning you are calming down more when taking pulse/BP. HRV going down - not sure why, but GDF11 will turn this around.

Had amazing recovery.54.1I can tell that my skin is more supple and actually has a shine. OK will do HRV a couple of more times per day to see if there's a difference. Great to hear!! Notice any changes in your skin yet? Also, with the Elita HRV, it can take a few readings to get it right. If you get an outlier, wet the sensor and reposition it. Keep trying until you get a good reading - this is an important biomarker and it's the first one to go south if your circulating GDF11 levels get too high.

Felt fine after taking a shower and 4 hours sleep.Sounds like a great night! Though HRV will take a hit after lots of alcohol and little sleep. Sill not a bad HRV showing all things considered. Trending looking good except for FEV1...

Looks like you are bulkiing up - I see 4 lbs of what is most likely additional lean body mass. Do you have a body fat scale?

I think it's mostly muscle. Wow, you are really bulking up on GDF11. I put on about 10 lbs myself, though some of it was body fat since I'm always hungry on GDF11. Anyway, since you are pretty into working out, you should buy one of those high end Tanita body fat scales and see how your lean body mass vs. bf is looking every day.
