**The application for graduation procedures can be found on this link. Students completing all the academic requirements of the program on their last enrollment should apply for graduation on or before the deadline for filing of application for graduation on that particular term. The approval of the application will be deliberated upon by various bodies of the university (Faculty Council, University Council, and the UP Board of Regents). Upon receipt of the BOR-approved list of candidates for graduation, the Records Section will send the email notification to all graduates together with the documents that need to be accomplished (filing of University Clearance and Faculty Clearance, request for TOR and other documents, and other graduation-related information).
