Mindful Mondays ClubMondays from 4/8 until 5/133:10 - 4pmBeing mindful is the opposite of rushing or multitasking. When you're mindful, you're taking your time, focusing in a relaxed, easy way. During this club, we will do gratitude activities, art, light yoga/stretching, meditation, sound bowls, & other fun activities to release tension and relax.
