Someone who is not currently in the dating pool, currently rejected, or unable to have a relationship (longer than 1 date). Single Moms & Dads, those deformed or with affective disorders, & those who were scarred by abusive relationships or bullying (horrific experiences or trauma, including relationships that went so bad the person has been completely removed from the dating pool, or those discriminated against) -- they don't HAVE to be virgins, but they can't be constantly in & out of relationships, or having sex (more than, say, 4-5 years ago, and something has to have changed in their condition since then). A guy who is shy & had ONE relationship, but can't seem to get another, counts.

But I don't think it's limited to people who can't have friends at all, get a partner at all, or either. It's like this identity. FA mentality doesn't even seem to go away fully when you achieve a relationship, which can cause it to fail too.
