8	Utility is very strong on all agents he plays, he positions himself well to use it and then executes on his positioning. Ethan guarantees many round winning kills for his teammates with his use of abilities.						Raw fire power is slightly on the low side for tier 1, for the support role he plays though it is good enough.
9	Communication you can see from the outside, this is rare to see without access to communication VODs. The way he positively impacts his teammates purely with communication and mid round calling is one of the best in the world.						When rounds break down and become reactive based on timing he sometimes has the tendency to run ahead of his dualist. He needs to prioritize agent positioning over the split second timing he might gain by going first. His dualist has more chance of surviving a battle and even if Ethan has to trade the dualist still it's better for him to be alive in the late game on initiator.
10	He basically never loses his team a round by making some silly play or peek. He plays the supportive agents and is the stable rock for EG.

12	Aim		6	Aim is decent enough to get by at a tier one level, he collects the kills he is expected to in advantageous fights. If the fight isn't setup in his favour however he won't often bail himself out with an amazing headshot or transfer.							VOD Clips w/ Comments
13	Utility		10	Very purposeful with his utility, you can see every ability that leaves his hands on all agents has a clear idea behind it, and is doing something impactful for his team. [1] [3] Strong reactive utility to make things very difficult for the enemy when they commit to the entry, punishing teams who don't 'pop' and often isolating a dualist from his team. This makes it very difficult for teams to use ults that give away the hit like phoenix or raze vs the way Ethan plays. [6] Doesn't overcomplicate flashes on Kayo when they don't need to be, he simply bounces strong flashes off walls into positions he knows will give his team an advantage in the fight. This gives his team better timing than some other Kayos would allow who are too worried about perfectly blinding the enemy players. Nice use of Skye's kit, varies up particularly how he likes to use the flash, picking between real, fake, and delayed flash depending on how the situation needs to be played. 14	Agent Pool		3.5	Very strong player on all flash initiators, VLR data suggest he can be a strong flex to Sage or Omen as well if needed.
15	Experience		4.5	Decent experience in Valorant, not only has he attended multiple international events he went to the Grand Finals of the most recent Masters Tokyo. Ethan brings in a lot of experience from CS:GO where he played 4 years worth of S Tier events, was a top 20 player in the world for 2019.
16	Communication		5	You can basically hear his communication just looking at how his teammates react to how he's setting them up. If Ethan give his team a piece of utility, it doesn't go to waste hardly ever, they are always very aware it is coming and capitalize on what opportunity it is giving them. His teammates (particularly jawgemo) look much better (pacing is beautiful) when playing with Ethan nearby on both attack and defence, this leads me to believe Ethan is doing a lot of mid round calling to put his teammates in the best positions to get impact. Information the other team gives Ethan doesn't go to waste, you can see his teammates receive the information he saw and react accordingly. In some situations it looks like he is simply passing information on and others I believe he is doing some micro. Communication is so hard to judge without the communication audio of a team but Ethan has the strongest presence out of any player you can see looking in from the outside.							1	2

18	Individual Decision Making		4.5	Individual decision making is very consistent, he will rarely lose his team a round with a poor decision [1]. Doesn't make a whole lot of plays but when he does they are well informed [2]. This lower frequency of play making however fits perfectly for his role within the team as Demon1, Jawgemo, and Boostio like to make the plays. Strong in the clutch, you can see he clearly understands what his higher % plays are based on the situation Clearly understand what the enemy is trying to do when he sees their utility come out. He processes why and what opportunities that opens up for the enemy team and uses his utility to ensure safety [3]							1	2	3
19	Team Decision Making		4	Fights with teammates very well making sure to approach with his team in a way that will ensure a trade or advantageous fight [2] [4] Needs to let his dualist go first more in mid round instances, I think he is a little over focussed on hitting a timing rather than waiting that extra part of a second to let his Dualist run past him. 20	Macro Strategy Understanding		5	At the star of rounds Ethan does a good job of not only mixing up where he use information utility but also occasionally not using it at all, hiding his teams potential setup. Strong macro understanding not only using information utility to seek out the enemy but also using it to create a timing for his teammate which will in turn allow him to commit to a rotation [1]. Thinks ahead in the round when rotating, not just 5 seconds ahead but 30, considering if the enemy decides to change direction what the round will look like [2]. He considers the delay potential of his teammates when rotating, eg. if he needs to rotate towards his friendly Viper he will first setup someone in a strong position on the other side of the map because he knows this will set the whole round up better for his team. He then rotates in time for when his teammates delay potential starts to run out.							1	2
21	Adapting & Learning		4.5	Really understands why he is doing something for his team, if he can't do the 'planned out' play his team has he always fills the hole the best he can with what his responsibilities were on the play. Doesn't just go through with not doing his job properly like a lot of players, he finds a solution. Is comfortable playing almost any position on the map which allows him to adapt to what the enemy is throwing at him and still play the map out as a whole in a controlled manner.
