CHERYL (female lead, sung by Noelle Tate) sings with her older sister SARA (Samantha Northhart) is obsessed with hats, a millinery-design major, who's had dreadful dating luck. SARA attempts to convince CHERYL that love and romance could be as important, and as exciting, as hats.
