Instructions: You can use the Ketogenic Diet Meal Planner as a food diary to track what you eat throughout the day or to plan out meals ahead of time to ensure that you are meeting your macronutrient and caloric goals every day. Simply enter in your food in the “Enter Food” tab, along with the Fat, Protein, Cabs, and Calories (per serving) and the number of servings consumed. In the “Daily Goals” tab, enter in your high and low targets for each category, and the Meal Planner will automatically tell you what your breakdown was and whether or not you reached your goals. Remember to only edit cells that are pale orange!
