46	1. There will be two four-team pools
47	A. Standings will be determined based on pool play results
48	B. Tiebreakers / Seeding - Win Percentage, Head to Head (If two teams tied), Least Runs Allowed, Run Differential, Most Pitchers Used
49	C. Head to Head will be used to break a two team tie at levels three through five
50	2. All games will have a 1:45 time-limit and cannot end in a tie.
51	A. If the game is tied at the time limit or after six innings, the California Rule will be utilized until a winner is determined
52	3. Team and individual awards will be presented to the tournament champion and runners-up
