Incorporate maps of climate indicators into a spatial multicriteria evaluation guide (SMCE)Spatial Multi-Criteria Evaluation (SMCE) is needed to enable stakeholders to analyze and disaggregate climate indicators in spatial format, and use this framework to develop appropriate interventions.List of adaptation, mitigation, and loss and damage priorities along with stakeholders and partners is developed guided by the SMCE with special attention to vulnerable groups and businesses as additional sectors to the Policy.

3.1.5. Develop M&E Framework and impact assessment for PCCP PCCP redesigned so that M&E and impact assessment can be properly conducted. Current PCCP references M&E, however, there is no framework or guidance to undertake M&E. Moreover, the PCCP is not designed and structured in a way that enables M&E and impact assessment to be properly conducted. PCCP M & E Framework completed and design of PCCP improved allowing for M&E and impact assessment to be properly conducted.
