4	Notes: - This list includes projects which (a) have been signed on or after January 1st, 2019, (b) have been completed, as offsets are purchased upon project completion, and (c) have air travel components. Ongoing projects or projects completed in 2019 but which were signed before January 1st 2019 are not listed (with the exception of offsets undertaken voluntarily by Universalia's Environment, Security and Conflict Transformation Practice in 2018 prior to Universalia's company-wide commitment in late 2018). - Emissions are estimated and offsets are purchased on less.ca, and support Gold Standard certified projects, regarded as one the most rigorous certification for offsets, based on the United Nations' Clean Development Mechanism (CDM).
