Prep Cooks - We're cooking ahead of time for Sunday's event, often baking the desserts or other prep work. A great opportunity to learn more about cooking for crowds and generally have a good time in the kitchen.

Sunday Cooking
11
Cooks - We're making the bulk of the meal at the host house, including chopping, sauteeing, stewing, etc. At 4, we start setting up outside of the kitchen, including getting signs in order. Another great opportunity to learn more about cooking for crowds, pick up new recipes, and generally have fun.

Front of House - We're helping Front of House Coordinators set up the space, mingle and greet incoming guests so that they feel welcomed. You should be amiable and willing to chat with guests about the event and the benefiting organization. Part of our goal is to make sure everyone feels welcome and excited about the event even if they don’t do well in large groups. The early shift is for prepping and the later shift is specifically for greeting.

Transportation - We're moving food & equipment to the host house in the afternoon, and into storage after the dinner. A small truck, SUV, or van would be best for hauling all our equipment.
