9	Towels are folded and hung at accessible height (below 1200mm)
10	TV remote placed on bedside table or reachable surface
11	Room amenities (tea/coffee, toiletries) placed within arm’s reach
12	Drinking glasses/cups positioned low on bench or in drawer
13	Bedside lamp switched on with switch facing outward and accessible
14	Curtains opened with drawcords accessible (not looped or tangled)
15	Information folder and phone placed on low table or desk
16	Remove any obstacles from pathways (e.g., vacuum cords, bins)
17	Accessible hangers placed on low bar in wardrobe (if present)
18	Welcome note visible and placed on accessible surface
