This spreadsheet is used to help manage participants in the connectathon tracks. Its main purpose is to allow people who wish to fulfill a particular role in a track find matching participants
5
There are a number of sheets.
6
7
Participants - RolesThis sheet has a row for each participant at the connectathon. There are columns for each of the roles in each of the tracks, and you enter your contact details in the initial columns, and an 'X' in the roles you wish to participate in. Each track also has the name of the co-ordinator and the chat stream used to co-ordinate activity
8
Participants - ScenariosSimilar to the roles sheet, this sheet lists all the scenarios in each track. This is used to record the outcome during the testing on sunday
9
ServersA sheet where you can enter the URL of your server - and make any notes about its capabilities.
10
ClientsA sheet where you can enter the URL of your client - and make any notes about its capabilities.
11
Hot topics This is used on the day to capture issues that arise during connectathin activity. They will either be discussed by the group as a whole, or small groups will meet to discuss them
12
FeedbackA place to record any comments you may have - about the event or anthing else of interest!
13
BreakoutsA plase to schedule or announce break out sessions during the Connectathon event. 2 events are pre-defined: FHIR Overview and Testing Tools Review
14
15
Ideally, the first sheet is completed as you register for the event, as that will help us with seating arrangements (we like to get people working on the same track seated together - though that's not aways possible)
