How To Use This Spreadsheet:

First, fill out the campaign details below, and as much of the building info as possible.

Then adjust the Contact List rows to the relevant number of floors/units per floor, accounting for things like missing numbers. (Often, 4's or 13's are omitted.)

Set the superintendant support level to blank so that they aren't calculated as a tenant unit.

As you fill out support levels, the percentages should populate on the Summary page. Only support levels that have 0-5 filled out (not blank) will count towards the overall total.

For each chat group, contact type, canvas, meeting, or structure test, etc. make a new column in the Contact List and record relevant info, like which doors were knocked but no answer, or how many attended/participated

Feel free to modify the spreadsheet to suit your needs. The math on the summary page and the Source page should track with adding/deleting columns and rows in the Contact List.
