Secondly, you can chill out when you are feeling too tired to do what you need to do, so you will not over pressurize yourself. I have tried it and it still works to this day.

This means that you have to do something to fix it and makes you nervous.You would constantly feel tired and have some symtoms .Do distressing things such as playing sports but not games as that will harm you in what you need to do.

I can also take in deep breath to calm myself.
