3	This workbook serves as a place for ACT Data Harmonization Work Group participants and other members of the ACT community to create suggestions or comment on elements of the ontology and data characterization efforts. It will feed into the discussion at work group meetings and allow for a common place to share comments, suggestions and ideas. It will evolve and change as necessary to meet the needs of the work group and the ACT program overall. Elements of this workbook include: 1. Ontology Goals and Roadmap: As of 4/4/19, the "Ontology Goals and Roadmap" tab illustrates the draft goals or guiding principles of the ACT ontology. In addition, it calls out the roadmap items for ontology development to help guide priority work efforts over the coming months. 2. Ontology Development: The "Ontology Dev" tab serves as a holding place for items related to the ACT ontology - suggested changes, additions, structures, etc. Items included on this tab will be reviewed during work group meetings and either voted on/prioritized to move forward or deferred for future consideration. 3. Data Characterization Goals and Roadmap: As of 4/4/19, the "Data Char Goals and Roadmap" tab illustrates the draft goals or guiding principles of ACT data characterization. It includes both data coverage and data quality. It will guide and prioritize work efforts in this area over the coming months. 4. Data Characterization Development: The "Data Char Dev" tab is a space to list comments, suggestions and ideas for ACT data characterization efforts. Items added to this tab will be reviewed during work group meetings and either voted on/prioritized to move forward or deferred for future consideration.
