Artemis: Wild Goddess of the Hunt by George O'Connor
ongoing throughout the reading of the book(s)?
Character analysis
Develop a student designed idea of sharing the character.
Book, paper, pencil, materials for project
Model after reading first few pages
1. Go through text and pics to pull out information learned about the article - use a graphic organizer that works best for your students.
2. Encourage rereading of various sections
3. This becomes an independent project at this point. Students will complete each night for homework based on the section discussed in class.
4. Project guidelines can be developed by the teacher. There are so many ways to share: water bottle person, timeline, book, journal, etc....
5. Students should share with classmates on due date.
Extra support, less or more requirements, more modeling.
Project grade
More research from other sources supplied at the end of the book.
