2. If you are no longer able to attend a session for which you have signed up, delete your name and email from the list so someone else can use it.

3. Last-minute cancellations are discouraged. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment must be made via email.

4. If you are signing up for a same-day appointment, you must also send an email.

5. If you would like to sign up for more than one slot in the same week, you must email to request permission first.
