1	1	Get your API key (see http://www.applicomhq.com/content/apollo-now-has-a-powerful-api)
2	2	Add your API key to the config page
3	3	If you get timeout errors, try increasing the sleep setting on the config page
4	4	Hit 'refresh projects' on the 'Projects' tab. This gets a list of your projects
5	5	Enter the day of the month that corresponds to the start of your billing month for each project in column F e.g. if you normally bill time on project X from the 15th of each month, enter 15 in column F for project X, otherwise put a 1
6	6	Enjoy ;-)

8		Note, you may need to close the sheet and open again to get it to pick up the latest data from Apollo
