No. But there is one that could be modified/merged. Could be merged with "Complete Initial Candidate Screening". No not neededHR AdminHR Manager can delegate the wwd creation. WWD should include a scripted answer to specific questions candidates often ask. HR Manager will train FSRs on WWD listen to a phone call and read a message verifying that FSRs are actually following the script and not making up their own thing and wasting time askign questions or wondering what to say.
