Divisions
Clan League is a Promotion/Relegation League. The standard Division size is 7 Clans per Division.

In general 2 Clans promote and 2 Clans relegate after each Season.

Seeding will first and foremost be decided by the Results of the previous Season.

If a Clan had played in 2 or 3 Seasons prior, they can claim the next Seeds (Seeding Key: last played Season, Division, Rank)

Seeding Criteria for parallel groups is in this order: Rank, Ratio of Points to Contested Points (PC%), Tournament wins, Tournament 2nd places ...

If a Clan drops out, other Clans are moving up in this order for Seeding: next Clan of below Division promotes, 2nd last Clan stays, next Clan of below Division promotes, last Clan stays, next Clan of below Division promotes, ...

All Clans not under these Parameters will be randomly seeded.

Game Mode
It is played in 6x 1v1 Tournaments, 3x 2v2 Tournaments, 2x 3v3 Tournaments

3 Points for 1v1 wins, 4 Points for 2v2 wins, 5 Points for 3v3 wins

Tiebreakers in order: Head-to-head points, Tournament wins, Tournament 2nd places ...

The Templates for CL 17 will be announced by the Clan League Panel in advance of the Season.

The Games are created following a fixed Game Allocation Schedule.

Vacations are not honored during the Game.

Instead each Game will be given 3 Days Boot Time + 15 Days Banked Time

After Game Creation you will be given 3 Days to join a Game. While on Vacation you will be given 20 Days. Not joining in time results in Forfeiture of that Game.

In Team Games Players can return 2x from AI after being booted.

Sign-Up
To sign-up every Clan must submit a Primary Contact.

A Secondary Contact is highly recommended to reduce the chances of your Clan missing Information.

A Clan Contact can manage Substitution, change Point of Contact or communicate other actions on behalf of the Clan.

Roster/LineUp
Every Clan must send in a Roster (i.e. the complete List of Players, which can play for your Clan during the Season)

For the Clan‘s Roster you will need at least 6 Players and are allowed to name up to 27 Players of your Clan.

The Players on the Roster must be once logged into the CLOT to be able to create their games automatically.

The Players on a Clan's Roster must also be a Member of that Clan.

Every Clan must submit a Lineup (i.e. the Players for each Template)

1 Player can play on up to 3 different Slots. In total there are 18 Slots per Clan. (6x 1v1s + 3x 2v2s + 2x 3v3s)

A Restirction to automate the Game Creation is, that a player must have unlocked all features of the template he is playing. (i.e. must meet the Level Requirement to create a Game on this Template)

The Level Requirements will be given by us with sharing the Templates.

Every Player in the Line-Up must be a Part of the Roster and your Clan during all of his/her Game Creations.

If a Player with Accounts in 2 Clans is enlisted by both clans, they will be removed from both Clans' Rosters/LineUps.

The player can clarify with the CL Panel who they wish to play for.

All Alts must be announced to (ง︡'-'︠)ง let's fight!! via Warzone Mail with their Main Account and the used Alternative Account (Alt) in this Clan League Season.

The Account you decide to use is the only one you will be allowed to use for Clan League Games during this Season.

Substitution
In the event of a Substitution, a Clan can only send in a Player from their Roster.

Every clan can replace up to 12 Slots over the course of the Season.

A player can be partially subbed out. (e.g. if you like to keep this Player on 1 of his 3 slots, then you can sub him/her out of 2 slots.)

In the event of a Substitution, the already created Games for a retired Player will not be remade.

Both Players will use up a Slot once the Tournament has one or more Games created.

Any Substitution requests can be made only by Clan‘s Contact Person on the designated forum thread AND send a Warzone Mail to (ง︡'-'︠)ง let's fight!! or JustinR17

The Forum Post must state: 1. Player subbed out. 2 Player subbed in. 3 Tournament where the substitution is done. 4. Number of subs the clan has left.

We will guarantee the Substitution within a Maximum of 3 Days. (If no one has responded in 3 Days, please reach out to the CL Panel.)

Midseason
Registr.
Midseason Registration will be from day 55 to day 65.

You may add new Players to the Roster up to the Roster Limit.

You may remove Players from your original Roster to make room if they haven't been on your Lineup at any time.

Penalties
A Penalty is given if you miss to send in your Roster/Lineup before the Submission Deadline. If you miss to send in a Roster/Lineup 3 days before the first Game is created your Clan will be disqualified.

If an Alt Account is not announced, it will result in forfeiture of all Points in Games played by that Player, and the Player will be banned for a Season.

Any way of Cheating can result in a Warning, Ban/Suspension or loss of Points.

Do not take control of an other Player's Account to save their current Games.

It is prohibited to get/give help in a Clan League Game from/as any Player, who is not playing in that Game.

Do not send Screenshots of your Games, nor stream your Games to anyone but your teammate(s) for that specific Slot.

CL-Panel Decisions
The listed Rules will not be adjusted during the Season. Only in the event anything crucial is missing in the rules above the CL-Panel reserves the right to make Decisions, which will be added below:
