She has encouraged female students to get involved in open source and localization, and has demonstrated leadership in organizing events with Mozilla Club at her university. She is driving initiatives to better onboarding experience within the Punjabi localization community, which could benefit the broader localization commuinities with new contributors and increased diversity – a long standing issue in the area.

He's helped creatre specs for RTL since the Firefox OS days, and is now actively working on RTL for Fenix. His presence is necessary to finalize this feature and help the mobile team test and implement it.

He has demonstrated mentorship skills when guiding newly mobilized contributors, and as such has a "tech l10n driver" potential. Having Jotes attend the All Hands would help us upgrade Pontoon codebase to Django 2.

He made several contributions to Pontoon over the course of the last two years. Highlights include implementing word by word search, Django 1.11 upgrade, the ability to show number of strings for requested projects and several long-standing bugfixes. Having Vishal attend the All Hands would help implement pretranslation support in Pontoon.
