The purpose of this chart is to help you to calculate APPROXIMATIVELY how much tension force there is in your Slackline
3
Goal : allow you to check if you are in the specifications of your slackline gear

- Slackline length is the distance between the two anchorage points (tree).

- The sag is the level difference in the middle of the slackline, between the slackline height with nobody on the slackline and slackline height with someone on it, in meter.
Different from the height above the ground.
9
10
- Slackline weight of the person who walks the slackline, in Kilogramme.

- APPROXIMATIVE tension expressed in kN is the tension in the slackline. Our advice is no more than 7kN to stay safe.
1kN = approx 100kg
