This calculator was developed for leaders new to Scouting to help them cost out the camps and events that involve catering.

There is a separate sheet for calculating the costs for each day. See the tabs at the bottom left of the screen

The prices are from the Countdown online shop. They were last updated 26th August 2020

You can update the prices yourself if you wish. Just enter the current price in the white cell in column J.

Note that column F suggests a buy quantity once you enter the number attending in cells I3 and I4

The summary below automatically totals the costs for you.

The calculator is designed for a weekend camp. For longer events use a second copy of the file and add the costs together.

Data can be entered in the white cells. All the other cells are locked to protect the calulations.
