CommentsThe all-inclusive ferry is a very convenient optionVery affordable acommodation options included in the proposal, but the costs of the co-working space seem a bit too expensive for the location.University charges 600€ for the use of their facilities and would like to be included as sponsors. If they become sponsors, perhaps they also should offer lower prices or even some spaces for free.None of the team members is based in Split, but at least one of them is in Zagreb.
15
Strong team with lots of members near the proposed location. But shouldn't there be at least one team member collaborating from Stockholm?Universities mentioned in the proposal have not been contacted yet, so it is unclear if they will collaborate and howAmphitheaters with capacity for 130-200 people. 2-3 classrooms with space for 60 people. The team has already conacted the university and the hotel and negotiated a deal with the latter
16
Villa has capacity for up to 100 peoplePlennary session rooms for up to 150 people and meeting rooms for 40Both group members are currently located in AmsterdamAmphitheatre of FESB has capacity for 440 people. Hotel conference area has capacity for 300
17
Only proposal that includes EIT Digital node locations. No collaboration with the CLCs mentioned in the proposal?None of the group members is based in RomaniaLess extra activity options as in the other proposals and might be too similar to PortoNot much clarity on the total budget as in other proposals
18
Participants would need to ask for two days off if we organize the Annual Meeting on the proposed datesHow to coordinate all the possible social activities from different providers?
19
Organization costs are way too high and that puts more pressure on finding sponsors. Maybe the sponsorships should be clearer to give stronger support to this proposal.
