Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools would like to assist our students and families in exploring financial assistance that may be available to you and your student. Listed below, you will find a variety of scholarships for graduating seniors who have shared their information with us, with an emphasis on local scholarships that you may not find elsewhere. When researching and applying for scholarships, please pay close attention to deadlines and application requirements. In most cases, applications will NOT be accepted if late, incomplete, or incorrect. If you find that you need assistance in completing applications, feel free to reach out to your school counselor. Best wishes in your postsecondary planning.

Scholarship Search Best Practices:
1) Prioritize this district scholarship listing (some local scholarships might not be listed elsewhere)
2) Look carefully at scholarship information on the websites of schools to which you are applying and verify whether or not there are any separate applications. Look on the schools' admissions pages for something talking about $: afford, pay, financial aid, scholarships, etc.
3) Utilize other scholarship search engines and listings like FastWeb, College Board’s BigFuture Scholarship Search, Scholarships.com, Going Merry, Scholly, and more. Many of these engines should provide you with similar results, so use the one that you find suits you best, or use multiple. Search on social media as well!
