1. How to use message reminders?The watch supports receiving notifications from FB, WHAT'S, INS, etc. Please go to the "My Smart Devices" interface in the Haylou fun app and then to the "Message Notifications" settings.
1. Ensure your device and phone are paired via Bluetooth.
2. Turn on the message notification switch and select the app you want to receive notifications for. After syncing, it's ready to use.

Notes:
1. The watch only displays the last message and the number of new messages.
2. When there are many messages, you can view a maximum of the 8 most recent messages.
3. For Apple phones, first ensure:
1. The app and watch are connected to receive notifications and call alerts;
2. App notifications appear in your phone's notification bar;
3. Pull down the main screen on the watch and check if it's in Do Not Disturb mode;
4. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth > My Devices > the exclamation mark next to your product's Bluetooth icon > Enable Share System Notifications;

2. Why is my watch not receiving What's/SMS/call notifications?
1. Smart reminders and call reminders must be enabled in the app and synced to the device.

iOS system settings require Bluetooth pairing permission.

2. Reminders must be enabled and configured in notification permissions. New messages must be displayed in a floating window upon receiving a notification.

3. A stable Bluetooth connection is required, and the device can only receive messages and calls at the current time. Messages received before Bluetooth connection is established will not trigger notifications.

4. If what's is set to "Do Not Disturb," notifications will not be received (when logged in on both phone and computer, the phone is in Do Not Disturb mode by default).

5. Notifications will not be received after the watch enters Do Not Disturb mode.

6. Device compatibility issues: While our Haylou Fun app is compatible with most phones, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with all phones, which may cause notification malfunctions.

6. What is the principle behind sleep measurement?
6. Sleep monitoring works through sensors built into the watch. These sensors detect subtle hand movements to determine whether the user is in an active or quiet sleep state. During sleep, the frequency of hand movements is recorded to analyze whether the user is in deep or light sleep, providing suggestions for sleep quality analysis.

For sleep timing, the start time is for continuous monitoring throughout the day, and the end time is calculated by counting back 20 minutes after reaching a certain number of steps (after reaching a certain level of activity) and the time it takes for the hand to leave the watch. This is the logic behind sleep recording.

After midnight, the watch's sleep data will be cleared from the previous day and will not be displayed, but it will be saved in the app.
