3	1	Download this file or make a copy in Google Docs (File > Make a copy)
4	2	In Coding Survey, sheet replace columns B, C and D with responses to your survey. D column should contain the open-ended responses.
5	3	Edit the existing formula in cell E4. Make sure to use keywords and themes relevant to your responses. For example, if your customers mention "fees", replace "cost" with "fees" in the formula*.
6	4	Drag the formula down to copy into other cells in column E.
7	5	Check the Analyzing Results Sheet to make sure all of your data is included in the calculations and the chart
