Foi publicado na sexta, 12/04/2019, o Decreto 9759/2019, que extingue e limita a criação de órgãos colegiados no Governo Federal. Ele se aplica tanto para aqueles com participação da sociedade civil, como os estritamente de governo (GTs interministeriais, por exemplo). Ele também revoga explicitamente o Decreto 8243, da Política Nacional de Participação Social. Apesar da polêmica no congresso em 2014, quando foi editado, ele continuava vigente pois a movimentação do DL estava parada no Senado. On Friday, 04/12/2019, Mr. Bolsonaro published the Decree 9759/2019, which extinguishes and limits the creation of collegiate bodies in the Federal Government. It applies both to those with civil society participation, and those strictly governmental (interministerial WGs, for example). It also explicitly revokes the Decree 8243, which had created the National Policy on Social Participation.

A partir de uma sistematização feita pela Secretaria-Geral em 2014, fiz um rápido levantamento dos Conselhos e Comissões que estão passíveis de serem revogados e os que permanecem, pois tem previsão em lei. Ressalvo, que esse levantamento abrange somente colegiados existentes antes de 2014 e com participação da sociedade civil. Colegiados criados depois e com participação apenas do Governo não estão na relação.Based on data carried out by the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic in 2014, I made an update on Councils and Commissions that are subject to the revocation (stablished by decrees) and those that remain (stablished by law). This list covers only collegiates with civil society participation. Strictly governmenatal bodies are not listed here.
