in the morning i spend 15-25 minutes stretching, meditating and doing a 5 minute journal.

In the evening i try to read before bed, finish my 5 minute journal. If i can't sleep i listen to sleep stories.

I'd just do nothing for a day or two, but still seeking support from friends and family or even fellow travellers who understand what I'm going through without giving me that "you're so privelleged why are you complaining" talk.
