Buckeye PreCollege ProgramsBuckeye Precollege Summer Institutes will offer academically ambitious and intellectually curious high school students the opportunity to participate in a two-week residential academic program designed to give them a taste of college life and prepare them for the road ahead.

The Summer Institutes will enroll students from across the United States for an intensive academic experience on the Columbus campus. Participants will be selected through a competitive application process, and placed into a course determined to be the best fit for their interests and academic readiness. Students will live in campus residence halls and participate in a single course specially designed by Ohio State instructors for precollege students. They will be overseen by a team of undergraduate and graduate Residential Counselors, who serve a dual role as residential assistants and academic tutors.

In addition to their core course, participants will also join daily workshops on the college admissions process, college-level study skills, and other content designed to help demystify the transition from high school to college. Evenings and weekends will offer social and recreational activities in the residence hall, on the Ohio State campus, and around central Ohio.

Emory Pre-College ProgramThe Emory Pre-College Program is a summer academic program for high school students. It gives current sophomores and juniors an exciting glimpse of academic and residential life at a top-ranked national university.

High school students may explore topics with professors who are the leading experts in their fields, whether for two or six weeks.

Over 30+ two-week noncredit courses will be available for students to enroll in classes with their peers.

Students wishing to earn credit alongside Emory undergraduates and earn transferable college credit will enroll in a six-week course through Emory Summer College.

Ole Miss Summer College ProgramSummer College students may choose from a selection of specialty tracks designed to enrich their exposure to major and minor courses of study. Students designating a track will benefit from additional contact with university departments outside of class. Summer Scholars -Notre DameSummer Scholars participants spend two intensive weeks in one of 23 exciting programs of study across many disciplines. We keep the classes small and personal attention from Notre Dame faculty high. The coursework is a true preview of college academics—it is both rigorous and rewarding, and students earn one transferable college credit upon the completion of a program track. Students collaborate on coursework outside designated class times as they would in any college setting. There is also ample time to enjoy the social facets of college life, especially those unique to Notre Dame.

Wash U High School Summer AcademyThrough the High School Summer Academy students enroll in one undergraduate course for credit and study alongside undergraduates. Students choose from introductory courses in humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and mathematics. Wash U High School Summer LaunchHigh School Summer Launch is a one-week noncredit program designed to challenge and inspire students through innovative lectures, workshops, and seminars. Lectures led by Washington University instructors from across campus disciplines and research fields will provide a foundation for future study and academic exploration.
