7 | All Mens and Womens Divisions will be on Saturday at Frisco Flyers Volleyball Facility. Address: 6300 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75034. Please note alcohol and smoking (not even E-Cigs/Vapor Cigs) are NOT allowed inside the facility. At both facilities please no outside food, drinks, or coolers allowed inside the facility. The doors will open at 7:15am and there will be a concession stand open on Saturday and Sunday throughout the day. |

11 | New this season the Region is requiring all Entry Fees to be paid online. If you have not paid your Entry Fee Online you must contact me immediately to make arrangements on paying your Team Entry Fee. You will NOT be able to start your first match until that is turned in. Any payments taken onsite can only be in the form of Checks or Cash. No Credit Card payments will be accepted onsite. |

15 | When your team was Accepted you received an email confirming your Acceptance along with any players on your roster needing a USAV Membership or needing to renew their existing USAV Membership. Please make sure to follow up with them to confirm they addressed this. They will not be allowed to play unless their membership is Current. I will have paperwork available onsite if they need to do the 1 Day Pass, but I am only able to accept Cash or Checks. If they are going to fill out paperwork on the day of then they must come early to get this taken care of. Matches will not be delayed due to player registrations. |

35 | Click on the corresponding tab to get Pool Information and Playing Schedule. Every Division will get at least a 30 minute break between the last pool play match and bracket play. A Division can opt to shorten the Break Period or not have a Break, but all teams in the Division must agree. |

39 | The facility doors will open as early as 7:15am on Saturday and Sunday. We have a lot of teams so please check your team in promptly so we can get the first matches started on time. We will have a short Captain's Meeting prior to the Division first matches. We will have a Head Ref onsite to handle any protests and issues. Every team's first match will get a 10 minute shared warm up. All warm ups after everyone’s first match of the day will be a 5 minute shared warm up. Each team will be responsible to provide an up ref, down ref, 2 line judges, and score keeper for their officiating duties. |

44 | The playing schedule will be posted on site also. Please make sure you look at the schedule and know when you play, when you ref, and what court you are on. The number in parenthesis represents the ref team. All matches are self ref'd so make sure you and your team are aware of your refereeing schedule. Each team is required to provide the following for their officiating duties: Up Ref, Down Ref, 2 Line Judges, and a Score Keeper. |
