Users reported on forums it has very bad Sync with AMD cards as well... and some bug with the FreeSync-range (54-64Hz) - I now use CRU to overclock it to 71 Hz without FreeSync...

Yes (Overdrive set to extreme/normal with same results)
Good, but varies. Screen reboots (2.5 seconds of no image) when dropping below low-framerate compensation (frame-doubling) range. Including microstutters. Ex: CSGO menus, and in-game once action starts, which makes it unplayable. Other games never have even tiny microstutter and therefore work fine. Ex: Street Fighter V (not including loading screens, which do shut off but does not impact game quality)

There's no in-monitor software option for the freesync, but there's an external software called "On Screen Control" that allows to turn it on. However even after and before activating it, the G-sync option is not available in the Nvidia control panel. Couldn't test with a DP since the monitor has 2 HDMI ports and I don't have a DP-HDMI cable yet.
