President's UpdatesIntroductions. Gratitude for those that showed up for events this past month, February was relatively calm. Gratitude to Karen for distributing the raffle checks and sending out the emails regarding the blances for the NYC trip. Squadlocker Merch has already been set up and the store is coming out soon. It has been set up as the Music Department, by Blake. The show Post Its will be going on to the NHETG festival. Blake was requesting that 17 students be given a $15 meal budget. Jane had approved up to $300 for meals, and had already been voted into the theater budget. Amy and Ellie reached out regarding the adjudicators for the middle school music festival in June. The $600 is already in the middle school budget.

FundraiserCraft Fair is tentatively October 3rd, waiting for SAU approval. John has cleared the gym use for October 31st and November 2nd. Janessa was going to help with the Incident IQ forms when the dates are confirmed. Diane Gagnon is going to do vendor reviews. Once the date is confirmed, a letter will be sent to returning venders that booth rentals will be increasing to $65 for this year and next year will be $70. The Craft Fair Committee thus far is as follows: Chris and Erin Roach on raffles, Ines Smith on concessions, and Jen Daley will volunteer. We still need a program/project manager and advertising. Mattress Sale waiting to hear from Drew on November 1st, he couldn't do November 8th. We will make a faculty request for Drew to speak with the students, once the date is confirmed. The raffle calendar is done. Last year, someone did not cash the check. Karen called and eft a message and she will email to try and speak with the winner about reissuing the check. The WMAA does payout for the calendar raffle. Which means that if the money that is awarded for the calendar raffle is not covered in student sales, the money comes out of the WMAA funds. Donated gift cards has been suggested as an alternative.

Membership117 families There was discussion regarding grandfathering people that registered in April, as done last year. Nothing was determined, with several board members missing.

Social MediaThe WMAA website has been updated. The minutes have also been updated on the website. The track vote is in support of the Boosters. We are featureing the You Can Do Both track/musical students in order to help support the vote "Yes" on the track. Email Becky, Blake, and Allison regarding You Can Do Both for spring sports. Have parents send in the pictures, as the middle school parents did. To increase awareness regarding the WMAA, we could write an article for the Windy Indy spotlighting how we help support the musical arts students.

FinanceIf we buy a Square, we will need a docking station. There needs to be a device that has the Square App. Wifi in the high school is a problem. The WMAA could purchase a refurbished IPad. Then we would require the IPad, Square, and cash box at WMAA events. The Square is $59.00 and the refurbished IPads were over $100. Dawn made the motion to buy the Ipad and Square for up to $250. Alma second the motion. Motion passed 7-0. Outdated balances. Money Minder does not allow budgetted money to be spent. How do we get the balance back on outdated accounts? The By Laws should include how unspent funds are transferred. Membership is given 30 days notice on By Laws changes. Also, if the outdated families still have students in the district, we can see if people want to attend trips, they need to restart their membership in order to use their balances. It was discussed about during the membership drive in Septmeber, asking families of Seniors if their are younger siblings, or not. We are underbudge for the year. $10,000 in the bank ($7,600 in student funds and income waa $2,500 from concessions). Upcoming concessions for Mean Girls and Golden Brook.
