Below are a few of my recommendations on how to use this document. Feel free to reach out to the KU Social team via email (socialmedia@ku.edu) if you have specific questions
3
4
1. First, duplicate this document by selecting "File" and then selecting "Make a copy"
5
2. Review the "annual calendar" tab to see an overview of the year, as well as many key dates that I keep track of. You can add dates that are important to you, and remove any that aren't. I like to use this tab to see things high level, whereas the subsequent tabs get more in the weeds. (source: https://registrar.ku.edu/fall-2021-academic-calendar-date)
6
3. Check out the news and research tab. This tab is a space dedicated to the links you need to share and keep track of. As always, modify to fit your needs.
7
4. Explore the tabs for each month. I've formatted all the dates, so you should be good to jump right in. Remove any platforms that don't pertain to you, and add any that do but aren't represented!
8
5. Test, reformat, plan ahead, and enjoy! I hope you find this tool helpful.
