This document lists career development resources available at the member institutions of the Rhode Island Consortium for Coastal Ecology, Assessment, Innovation and Modeling (RI C-AIM), created for the RI C-AIM Career Development Program (CDP). The CDP is organized by the University of Rhode Island's Metcalf Institute as part of RI C-AIM's efforts to develop an innovative, inclusive, and competitive STEM workforce in Rhode Island. The CDP offers in-person and web-based trainings, but many relevant professional development trainings are also offered regularly at C-AIM member institutions. This project is funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation. The "Audience/Eligibility" column indicates whether programs are open to students from external institutions. When marked "All students," a program may be attended by any student, regardless of their home institution. Note also that post-doctoral fellows may be eligible to attend some of these programs, but they will need to contact the program organizers directly to confirm.Metcalf Institute has no control over the timing and availability of the resources offered by different institutions. If you have questions about this list or would like to request the addition of a resource, please contact Metcalf Institute at info@metcalfinstitute.org
