In the raw WISE data that we have received starting from 8/26, all of the rows that were for Depot Departure or Depot Arrival were missing a Route ID. Missing information has prevented Qlik from being able to calculate a lot of delivery metrics.
Corrective Action. Qlik have reached out to their support team last week and are currently waiting for their resolution (see attached for the email). A separate note has been sent earlier this morning asking for any progress, but we have not heard back yet.
