Coming Up with a strong value statement for your prospect or customer is sometimes tough. This sheet will help you to organize your thoughts.

On a high level you will always end up with increase revenue, lower costs and minimize risk.
The magic happens if you can build the connection between that and your functionality. Then you will have impact to your prospect / customer.

The better you prep, the easier it will be to build your value statement. Good preparation also involves good dicsovery with the relevant stakeholders. You need to learn about their true needs and goals.
How to use this sheet?

Just go from left to right and you are all set. It starts with a strong verb. Then you put your value parameter. If possible you can quantify it. But this is optional.

You need to connect it to your feature / function / process. You can stop here or add a 2nd connection as an optional step. You will see quickly that you could build these connections even further.

Keep in mind that you normally will talk to different stakeholders and they are might be interested in various parameters regarding benefits. So, tailor your messaging wherever it's possible.
