There will be opportunities to observe both graduate and undergraduate-level clinical work. The incumbent will be able to see the full spectrum of the DSM as well as a wide variety of clinical interactions. Allowing them to understand different aspects of Alzheimer's, Pre-grief, Bereavement, selfcare and compassion fatigue. Intake and Screening Interviews: May be by telephone, in-person, or electronic mediums. Gather relevant information from potential clients, explain mediation process, and assess appropriateness for mediation. Scheduling: match times clients are available for mediation with appropriately qualified mediators and observers; complete reminder calls and emails. Reschedule as necessary. Preparation: place forms in case file; assign case to mediation room; check mediation room for condition and necessary materials, send video conference links as necessary, greet mediators and clients when they arrive. Followup: reschedule appropriate cases, contact clients for followup on agreements status, and file cases. Demographic and other Recording: maintain the details of case events by entering and updating data into computer and communicating with co-workers, staff, mediators, clients, and the Courts. Court Services: attend Court as needed, complete court reports, complete billing and invoicing. Support Services: answer and respond to phone calls, be familiar with the other FairField services the center provides, restock forms as necessary, other office duties as necessary. Mediation Training and Participation: participate in trainings, role plays, attend mediations as an observer or comediator during mediation sessions when appropriate.
