Select "File" > "Make a copy..." in the top left to save this to your Google Drive so you can edit it for your game!
2
Also, please ignore the ENTIRE Export sheet until you are done! Do not modify the Export sheet at all - it is intended to be copied, not modified! The information is all placed across several spreadsheets in an effort to remain organized. The Export sheet will automatically update as you fill in information on the other spreadsheets; please, don't modify it directly! It's intended to work in the way that will make it the most convenient to work on this file, and it's vastly more organized and easier to make changes across these several sheets than it is to do everything on one sheet!
3
If you have a program like TextEdit, with which you can use find and replace even on linebreaks and tabs, the Export sheet will be the only thing you copy and then paste into it.
4
If you want this to work perfectly as a pokemon.txt, please use the following instructions! Failure to do so exactly may result in errors, but it is almost entirely just using find and replace on specific terms - it shouldn't be difficult at all to execute right as long as you don't deviate from the instructions!
5
> First, fill in every relevant space in the various separate sheets for every Pokémon! Make absolutely sure to read the notes at the top of each column if there is one (if there is a little black triangle in the top-right of a space, that means you can hover over it to read information!).
6
> Then, Ctrl + F all indentations/tabs and replace them with nothing. There will be no indentations in the final pokemon.txt.
7
> Next, Ctrl + F all instances of the following and replace them with nothing:

> If, after deleting these, you have any cases of =% in your .txt, it means you are missing something that is NOT optional! Check what the field in question is, then find it on the spreadsheet and fill it in before you proceed, because it will create an error if you try to use your pokemon.txt without fixing it.
24
> If you have any cases of several consecutive commas, you should probably check those out, too. I don't think that would ever come up, though. XP
25
> Finally, find and replace all % signs with linebreaks so that your pokemon.txt will function as intended. C:

The default information in this spreadsheet is based quite heavily on the Generation VI Project's pokemon.txt (linked). Make sure to give credit to its makers if you use the default information here! Information directly from Sun and Moon has also been used in any areas that have changed since Generation VI (new Pokémon, every Pokémon's learnset, updated Abilities and stats). Many thanks to the people at Project Pokémon for datamining!
