Trond HenninenStudying atomic clustering by HAADF-STEMMy PhD project. I record image series at 100fps of atoms combining to form clusters. I want to track every single atom.possible, but I am at Empa most of the time, at ETH most mondays and tuesdays (not in lectures), meeting up might be trickylinked gif of sample data.Plan for processing: 1) noise reduction. 2) identify atoms by scattering physics and peak fitting. 3) track atoms from frame to frame.

The aim is to define the tendon width and contrast withing the region of interest. I would like to compare the results of the protocols developed at Pittsburgh and our results after progressing .Yes, I am just most of the time in Nottwil (Swiss Paraplegic Research) or Luzern and only in Zurich for the course. Leonid BlochPore interconnectivity and passibility analysis of a catalytic particle3D volume of a catalytic particle (porous ceramic structure, with metallic nanoparticles) was acuired using X-ray ptychographic nano-tomography. It is of interest to firstly segment the volume, and secondly, to quantify how well the pores are interconnected, and for which size of particles they are "passible" end-to-end.It's a "side project" of my PhD research. So I'm not against oter people joining, but will need the permission of my advisor.
