This document enables you to create hourly bidding schedules across your campaigns.BLUEGREEN (OPTIONAL)PURPLE

This is achieved by labeling the campaigns and adding/updating the individual sheets on this document based on the schedule.Campaign level ad schedule.

Bid adjustments here will apply towards the entire campaign.
Mobile bid adjustments.

Changes here will apply towards only mobile bids.

NOTE: The mobile bid adjustments will apply on top of any existing campaign level adjustments made on the BLUE table.
Aggregate bid adjustments applied to the campaign.

Automatically calculated based on values from BLUE/GREEN tables.

The script will automatically apply ad schedules to campaigns and set the ad schedule bid modifier and mobile bid modifier at each hour according to multiplier timetables in a the sheet.

HOW IT WORKS

1You will need to apply the pre-defined "dayPartingEnabled" to each MCC account you would like to schedule bids for. The script supports up to 50 ad accounts.

The ad schedule will only work across the ad accounts with that label.

2If you would like to create a new schedule, make a duplicate of the "template" sheet.

3Rename the duplicate sheet to something distinguishable, without using any special characters or spaces.

You will use the sheet name when appying labels to campaigns later.

4Each sheet consists of three separate tables (blue, green and purple).

For setting up campaign-level bid adjustments, fill in the schedule on the BLUE sheet accordingly.

If you'd like to add mobile bid adjustments, fill in the schedule on the GREEN sheet as well.

IMPORTANT: If you'd like mobile bid adjustments, you will also need to rename the sheet with the "_incMobile" suffix. For example, a sheet named "dayParting" will not apply mobile bid adjustments; whereas a sheet named "dayParting_incMobile" will.

The purple sheet will show the aggregate bid adjustment applied to the account. It's automatically populated based on the entries on blue and green sheet. PLEASE DO NOT EDIT THIS TABLE.

5Once you have completed filling in the ad schedule, you will need to create a new campaign-level label on Google Ads. The name of the label needs to precisely match the name of the sheet you have created here.

6Apply the new label across all the ad campaigns you'd like to run a specific ad scheduling for.
