The purpose of the Dragon Pride Dance Company is to provide students with an opportunity for a positive high school experience through dance. Dragon Pride will encourage loyal school spirit, high academic standards, and high moral values among its members. As a team we will work on the development of dance technique, self confidence, self-discipline, and sportsmanship in each member. Dragon Pride is designed to be an affordable opportunity for the Round Rock novice to advanced dancer who wants to balance their passion for dance with time for other academic or extracurricular activities. On the fourth Friday of most months, the library is reserved during all three lunches for DragonReaders - the student book club. Students meet in the library during their lunches to talk about whatever they are reading. The library provides light refreshments, and the participants bring their lunch with them.
