Restrictions:
email must must be lowercase characters
phone number must have country code (but no symbols like +)
phone type must be in captials (ex. MOBILE)
active must be in capitals (ex. TRUE)
deleted must be in capitals (ex. FALSE)
send email must be in capitals (ex. TRUE)

Template
headers must be as follows in the template - do not change anything
template must be uploaded as a CSV. Uploading an XLS or XLSX will not work

Import effects
users that are sendemail - TRUE will be sent a welcome email, all company admins and company email address receive bcc'd welcome email
users that are sendemail - FALSE are NOT sent a welcome email, but all company admins and company email address receive bcc'd welcome email

BEST PRACTICE:
import in smaller batches (50-100) user clients in a sheet per upload, this will make troubleshooting much easier should an issue occur.
