Tab A: CoverageThe Proposer shall complete the Coverage tab for the counties they propose to serve, by both unit-type and subject area. If proposing to serve statewide, select the "Statewide" row (row 6). Selecting a county does not guarantee an awarded contract.

Tab B: Price ScheduleThe Proposer shall complete the Price Schedule tab for the units they propose to provide (Job-Embedded Coaching, Training, On-Site Technical Assistance, and Virtual Technical Assistance).

The Proposer shall provide the unit cost for each service requested and the anticipated number of units to be provided for Job-Embedded Coaching, Training, and On-Site Technical Assistance. Virtual Technical Assistance will be calculated by the Proposer as a per-county, per-month cost. Determining unit pricing does not guarantee an awarded contract.

Appendix I-Funds per CountyThe total amount funded through resulting contracts is anticipated to be based on the number of classrooms in a county. The estimated total funding for each county is included in the tab Appendix I.

Proposers should consider the estimated level of total funding in Appendix I when determining unit costs and the number of units to be provided, based on the counties they wish to serve.

Unit Definitions

Job-embedded coaching: A unit is defined as a 60 - 75 minute block of coaching, with at least half of it provided in the classroom, and an accompanying debrief to the educator and manager.

Training: A unit is defined as a 120-minute group session with a minimum of 5 participants.

Technical assistance (on-site): A unit is defined as a 30-45 minute on-site support sessions focused on collaboratively addressing specific goals.

Technical assistance (virtual): A unit is defined as a 15-30 minute phone or Zoom conversation to support an educator or director through a question or concern.
