This page is used to list out all your income and expense sources. Don't leave out anything that regularly goes in and out of your monthly finances. There is also a section for unusual or off cycle payments that need to be considered.

This pages is used to map out every dollar of each paycheck. Due dates are needed to make this as accurate as possible. So take everything from the MONTHLY CASH FLOW, add it to columns B and C, the enter the amounts to be paid using each paycheck. There is a sample tab included for review.

*In cell D1 enter the paycheck date of your next paycheck. The cells are set to calculate bi-weekly (every 14 days). This does get tricky if you have multiple paychecks coming in on various dates. You may need to manually enter the dates. Also be mindful of months that have 3 pay periods.

Places were there is a negative balance indicates funds need to be carried over from prior paychecks or moved from savings.
