Agenda No.2Rules and Regulations1. Dr. Arun Mali Suggested to plan rules and regulations in cosultation with examination committee chair and to be conveyed this to students before the exam.

2. Prof. Rubina Dmello suggested that we should take meeting of all the examination supervisor and inform them about the rules and regulations in order to conduct examinations smoothly.

3. Dr. Sangita Dubey suggested that students caught copying in exam withe evidences should be declared as failed in that particular subject.

4. Adv. Leroy Collacto suggested that we should maintain proper documentation and maintain files semester wise. The documents should include 1. Declaration of Student 2. Declation of Supervisor 3. Answersheet with malpractice evidences s caught by supervisors
