Investigating recurring patterns in your life

Ask yourself the following questions (if needed meditate about them) and write down the answers:

Explanation in a nutshell: Now we map out the different parts of your life to see if there are any repeating harmful patterns. These patterns are often subconscious, but there are signs that show them with high probability. Read the questions, answer them and then re-read your answers. You'll already recognize some of the patterns. Now, let your subconscious work on it for a week. Want to know the answers, become aware of your desire to get the answers. Then your subconscious will be more motivated to give you the right answers. Set a reminder for one week from now. Then re-read your answers to become aware of the deeper layers of your harmful patterns.To make a copy of this sheet go to File/Make a copy...

1Do you have recurring dreams? how often?Recurring dreams show subconscious emotions and drives. Eg: dreams with anxiety (running away, being chased, being naked in front of many people etc.) Mark your recurring dreams. Ask your subconscious what they want to let you know.

2Have you had several accidents recently? (Smaller injuries, greater ones within a year)what kind of accidents / injuries were there?Accidents can be a sign that we are going into the wrong direction.

4Were you sick on a monthly, two monthly basis within the last few years? (Flu, catching cold, weak immune system, diarrhea stc.)Diseases, weak immune system are strongly connected to our emotional condition. Bad, negative feelings, destructive subconscious ideas always have a physical effect.

7Do you have recurring financial problems?Financial problems root in our ways of thinking, our beliefs about the world, money and ourselves. It is often connected to feelings like: 'I don't deserve it', 'I'm not worthy of it', 'I'm not capable...' etc. Guilt or shame are also in the number 1 reason for financial difficulties.

These are subconscious patterns, coming from our parents, chilhood circumstances, experiences. Feelings like shame, guilt are very often present.

18Do you stutter? Since when?Stuttering is mostly caused by inner tension. Usual causes: fear of criticism, seeing yourself through the (imagined) eyes of critical others, fear of failure, resistance or even suppressed aggression. By removing the ideas that cause these emotions it ceases.

Becoming aware is the FIRST STEP.

Now that you became aware of some of your patterns, ask your subconscious to give you the SOLUTIONS! Probably you are already aware of the solutions, in that case ask your subconscious what you NEED to be able to solve those problems.
