2 | Tuition Structure | Alpine Start is a tuition-based program with support from State Early Childhood Funds. Our tuition is determined by 3-key factors: the cost of providing a high-quality preschool program, affordability for families of varying incomes, and equitable compensation for teachers. Outer Range diligently and consistently seeks funding from grants, community sponsors, and through fundraising to lower the cost of childcare and education for our families. | |||||||||||

12 | We may be able to provide assistance with tuition through the Colorado's Universal Preschool (UPK) program. Families that are matched with us and qualify for 15 hours with UPK and would like to enroll in a full-day option will be required to pay 50% of our annual tuition. Families that qualify for 15 hours and are enrolled in our 1/2 options will not need to pay any additional tuition. We do not offer CCAP and are not a Head Start Program. These offerings will be provided seasonally on campus and also available to complete virtually at a time that works best for you. Each session will require a reflection. | Families currently paying for childcare for more than one child have the opportunity for a reduced rate. Not all children need to be enrolled at Alpine Start for this to apply. Proof of enrollment is required. | Commit to utilizing alternative sources of transportation at least twice per week such as carpooling, riding bikes, walking from the park, or other forms of non-motorized vehicles forms of transportation to and from school. | Complete payment for the entire school year or half a school year to receive a reduced rate.
