However if someone reaches out needing you to go round to a house please make sure you:

This number is available from 5pm to 9am, Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and bank holidays.

An emergency is something that needs to be attended to quickly because it is a danger to health or safety. Out of hours, the Council will only be able to attend to emergencies that fall under this criteria.
